Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Movikast connects talent, agents, directors and production companies for casting. We are a marketplace and are not a party to any engagement between users.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Talent

Applications and profile content must be truthful. Paid plans renew only if you turn on auto-renew, and can be cancelled at any time; refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.

4. Directors and companies

Casting calls must be genuine. You must never ask talent for payment, or for personal or financial details unrelated to a role. Published castings are locked to prevent fraud and may only be changed by an administrator.

5. Acceptable use

No harassment, discrimination, scams, fake profiles or illegal content. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules.

6. Liability

We provide the platform as is. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any casting.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update.
